Good morning Sisters and Brothers.  I hope all is well with you.  I don't know to thank you or not for keeping the Executive Board busy over the past few months.  

Some of the issues we are working on.  

1. getting new quotes for LTD, we want to make sure we are getting a fair price for what we need.

2. we are putting the final touches on our memorial and will be ordering the granite soon.  The Memorial will be located beside the Rotary park on the waterfront.  

3. The Elcombe has started to be repaired and the body work has also begun.

4. The Grievance Committee has been elected for the next 3 years. Mark, Rob, Sean, John and Ryan will do a great job.  

5. The WPFFA Banquet was a great success and many thanks go out to Jack, John and Maureen on the planning and production of the event.  

6. Sparky's Toy Drive has come and gone for this year.  Great big thank you's go out to Sean, Rob and Bob for their time and effort put into this event.  Also like to thank Rob B. and his pack of retirees for their help in this event.  

7. The Benefit Fund for the effort they put in to make this Association shine.  We all just need to give a little to gain a lot.  

8. We all face different challenges daily and how we handle the situation is different also.  Mental illness is real and we are not immune to this.  Remember we can lean on each other and offer helping hand.  

9. The Executive thanks you for your involvement in the Association, we like to hear your thoughts on what is going on within this organization.

10. Might as well make it like Letterman's Top Ten List.  Just a reminder that Constitution amendments will be coming up soon.  Also a notice will come out in the next couple of months asking for contract submissions.  We hope to have these finalized by June so we can have our package put together over the summer.
